We are a training organization and consulting firm which specializes in Quality and Operations Management. Our courses are eligible for public subsidy.
Our Ativa Consultants work in the private and public sectors. Our assignments are available in the aeronautical, automotive, rail, and general industry in the private sector. We help local authorities and hospitals to improve their quality of service and their operations in the public sector.
We are in Meaux, in the County 77 (Seine et Marne), 30 minutes from Paris center or Roissy Charles De Gaulle CDG Airport. Besides, our team of consultants can intervene anywhere.

Audit

Supplier, specification or standard audits (such as management system audits) are one of our strengths. We can also audit the achievement of technical, metallurgical or mechanical specifications.
Blank audit of management systems
The integrated management systems integrate one or more standards, so we speak of integrated systems. We carry out audits of your management systems (standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN 9100, EN 9145, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc.). Our auditors are expert professionals. These audits can be considered as external outsourced audits. They make it possible to obtain an assessment of more objectivity than conventional internal audits. We can also carry out assessment and qualification audits of your component suppliers (FIEV 2, VDA6.3, Special processes, etc.). For the aeronautical sector, priority is given to standards EN 9100 and EN 9145 (which is the APQP standard). Moreover, the ISO 26000 is available for all sectors interested in sustainable development.
Supplier qualification audit
Your near and far suppliers may require long trips. If the resources for these audits are not available internally, we will do this on your behalf. We are talking about outsourced second party audits. This can correspond to qualification or evaluation audits. These audits can be complex and may require a great deal of experience.
Co-pilot your certification procedures
We work together with your teams in the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) area. We support your quality manager. Our approach is well understood by your collaborators and is also rational. It is best to start with an ISO 9001 version 2015 certification. The other ISO 9000 standards are intended for auditors.
Consulting for the public sector
For the public sector, we can:
– help public offices that have a significant flow of operations such as hospitals or local governments to better manage this flow through Lean methodologies , or even Lean Six Sigma.

Although this is not very frequent, a public establishment which takes the time to think about its processes and which sets up an ISO 9001 system has very good chances of improving its quality of service. Training activities
Pedagogy
Our teaching in face-to-face mode is based on 50% of activities of appropriation for concept practice in sub-groups of participants.
Our approach in assisted asynchronous digital mode, where you learn at your own pace on an E-learning platform but with regular discussion with a trainer, is based on other principles. Online learning is different from face-to-face learning. For example, attention is not as sustained and therefore the durations of each educational slot must be reduced.
Operations Management
This subject includes production, quality, logistics, operational excellence and budget control. Contact us for your training needs in each of these sub-areas. The operations manager generally directs an autonomous production unit or a production or service site. The notion of productivity is essential.
Management systems for all sectors ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, EN 9100
The AFAQ Iso 9001 brand is one of the Afnor Certification brands. It is not the only certification body. We have no preference in terms of certifiers. We can train your employees and your teams in all major management standards.
We do not provide training for OSH Rescuers at Work because many companies already offer this service. Health and safety at work is essential and we recommend training managers in ISO 45001.
Automotive APQP project management
Originally developed in the automotive sector, the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodology is now required by top tier manufacturers and equipment manufacturers.
There is a need for training for new project managers and project quality engineers. We meet this need with intercompany or inhouse training in face-to-face mode, as well as synchronous distance training (in real time with a trainer).
PPAP training is included. Activities around the phases and deliverables are organized.
Project management APQP Aeronautics EN 9145
On demand of aircraft manufacturers, the EN 9145 standard was launched and each company must now contractually adopt an aeronautical APQP approach. The PPAP training is part of the aeronautical APQP training module.

Lean management
Lean management is a more global approach than Lean manufacturing (or Lean applied to manufacturing). A lean production of goods or services is a production or service that has eliminated waste. Visual management is a team facilitation tool. We have already deployed Lean management training in France and Croatia. To successfully complete Lean training, groups must work on practical cases.
Six Sigma
Unlike some Six Sigma training at the end of which trainees are not able to start and succeed on improvement workshops, our training and support allows to put in place real pilots of continuous improvement workshops.
For calculations, we will use Minitab but also alternatives like Excel, R Studio and Python.
Our training catalog includes training in management systems and operational performance methodologies . Our trainers have a lot of experience in their specialty.
Our training modules make room for creativity and reduce the complexity of certain concepts.
Sessions can take place in Paris or in the provinces or on your site, inhouse or at the training center, in room training or digital training. We issue certificates at the end of the test at the end of the training.
