Minimum documents to review to include provisions in relation to Covid19:

• the list of external documents of interested parties. The Covid19 health protocols of public authorities and professional organizations should now be included in the list.
• OSH policy and objectives.
• documented information relating to legal and regulatory compliance. The scope of the OSH management system must be extended to contagious diseases.
• a specific training plan must be set up and deployed with training records.
• the register of the main risks and opportunities. Contagious risks must be listed and treated.
• the external communication documents must be updated. For France it is the DUERP Single Document.
• the SOP for PPE. An SOP for biological risks must be drawn up including viral contagion. If a body temperature meter is used, it should be ėstandardė and undergo a periodic check.
• the emergency and response plan in the event that Covid19 contamination appears inside or outside the company.
• the incident investigation procedure and form.
• the audit program must include the audit of the Biological Hazards SOP.
• the management review must include data on the Covid19.
